El intervencionismo estatal : del surgimiento del estado social a la teoría de género

Abstract

A partir de la decadencia del modelo de Estado liberal en Occidente, los Estados han avanzado paulatinamente sobre la libertad individual de las personas, y es por ello que el presente trabajo se propone abordar el intervencionismo estatal a partir del surgimiento del modelo social de Estado. Para comprender la modernidad se deberá atender a sus antecedentes, y es por ello que al descifrar las claves del auge y la decadencia de los Estados liberales del XIX, se conseguirá posteriormente exponer con precisión el intervencionismo estatal en el marco de este nuevo modelo de Estado, el Estado Social. El avance orgánico de la investigación llevará a examinar la intervención estatal bajo la influencia de la nueva moral del siglo XXI, la agenda de las organizaciones internacionales, la mirada postmoderna de los nuevos derechos humanos y la teoría de género.

Since the fall of the Western Liberalism model, States had a tendency of gradually push over the individual freedom of people, and that is the reason why this work aims to address State interventionism from the surging of the model of Social State. To understand modernity, its antecedents must be taken into account, and hereby, deciphering the keys of the rise and decline of the liberal states of the 19th century, will later make possible to accurately expose State interventionism within the framework of this new model of State, the Social State. The organic progress of the investigation will lead to examine state intervention under the influence of the new morality of the 21st century, international organizations agenda, postmodern view of the new human rights and gender theory.
