Abstract

El trabajo aborda el análisis del presupuesto objetivo de los distintos procedimientos que el texto refundido de la Ley Concursal, tras su reforma por la Ley 16/2022, de 5 de septiembre, incorpora para atender a las crisis financieras y económicas. En este sentido, se analiza el presupuesto objetivo del concurso de acreedores, del preconcurso y del procedimiento especial para microempresas.

The work deals the analysis of the target budget of the different procedures that the consolidated text of the Bankruptcy Law, after its reform by Law 16/2022, of 5 September, incorporates to attend to financial and economic crises. In this sense, the target budget of the bankruptcy, the pre-bankruptcy and the special procedure for micro-enterprises is analyzed.
