dc.description.abstractArbitration is setting up as a necessity in the involvement of States and other Public organisms in international business. The private sector looks for legal certainty through arbitration. Public Law Arbitration has evolved in Spain as it was completely banned in 1852. Nowadays the Public Sector has acted in many different positions at arbitration proceedings. It is an area which worries the State due to the recent increase of arbitration lawsuits brought against the Spanish Kingdom.en-EN
