El reenvío del laudo al tribunal arbitral por el juez de control para su revisión.

Abstract

En el IX Congreso de las Instituciones Arbitrales, celebrado el 22 febrero 2019 en el Ilus-tre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid, uno de los temas de la III Mesa, que versó sobre las “Relaciones de jueces y árbitros”, fue el posible reenvío del laudo al tribunal arbitral por el juez de control para su revisión. Para ello serían necesarias varias reformas legales, no mos-trándome favorable a tal atribución de competencia a los tribunales de control del laudo.
