La administración comunicativa en España : orígenes de la función de portavoz de gobierno

Abstract

El objetivo es dar a conocer un periodo fundamental dentro de la historia de la Administración Comunicativa española; los orígenes de la función del Portavoz de Gobierno. Para la reconstrucción del periodo objeto de estudio se ha recurrido a la consulta de fuentes primarias. La investigación marca el inicio de la función de Portavoz de Gobierno en el régimen de Miguel Primo de Rivera. Una vez instaurada la figura de lo que hoy conocemos como Portavoz Gubernamental y, exceptuando el periodo de la Guerra Civil, la función de portavocía gubernamental se ha mantenido en el tiempo.

The purpose of this article is to explore a seminal period in the history of the Spanish communication administration: the origins of the institution of the Governmental Spokesperson. Since that early period, the Governmental Spokesperson has become a primary means of communication. The study is the first to examine the role of the Government Spokesperson during the regime of Miguel Primo de Rivera. Since the position was established, what we now know has the Governmental Spokesperson has maintained its importance in every administration, with the exception of the period of the Civil War
