Carmelo Garitaonandia. Chair Professor at the University of País Vasco (UPV/EHU), where he was previously Vice-Rector from 2009 to 2017. PhD in Political Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, and a Master’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication from the University of Paris VII. He has written numerous scientific articles and books on the history of communication, regional television, and digital TV. In the last two decades, Professor Garitaonandia has focused his research on information and communication technologies and their influence on children and adolescents. Since 2006, he has been a member of the international group EU Kids Online and has worked as a researcher for five 6-year periods (CNEAI).

Inaki Karrera. Associate Professor of Pedagogy at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology (UPV/EHU) in Donostia-San Sebastián. This investigator has participated in European research projects (Socrates-Grundtvig 2010-1-FR1-GRU06-00253-1), national projects on several occasions, and has conducted other research at the university or regional level where he has been, or is currently, the principal investigator (PI) or collaborating investigator. His lines of research are related to topics in the area of Educational Inclusion, Digital Inclusion, Social Inequalities and Pedagogical Innovation. Professor Karrera has worked as a researcher for one 6-year period (CNEAI).

Nekane Larrañaga. Senior Lecturer of Sociology at the Faculty of Education, Philosophy and Anthropology of the University of País Vasco UPV/EHU, Donostia-San Sebastián. She has participated as an investigator on several competitive research projects at the regional level, as well as other projects at the university level. In the latter casel, she was the Principal Researcher (PR). Professor Larrañaga has a 6-year research career (CNEAI) and has also co-directed a doctoral thesis. The topics on which she has focused her research are the following: diversity, intercultural and inter-ethnic relations, education, values in schools, bilingualism, identity, citizenship and acculturation.
